Community Flea Market
Global Christian Reaching Out, Inc., a non-profit community based organization which provides counseling services, food and clothing for the less fortunate. GRO will sponsor a Flea Market on Saturdays. The money raised will help with financial obligation.
We will hold an ongoing flea market every Saturday, Grand Opening will be
August 18, 2012 and end will be on the last Saturday, December. The hours are from
9 AM to 6 PM. Vendors are required to be set up by 8:30 AM. Our staff will arrive at
7 AM. Our fees are $25 per space. Table rental are available for $10 short and $15 long per table. Clean up is the responsibility of the vendors and we ask that you crush any boxes and put them in the dumpster, along with policing your area for trash.
All vendors should be off the premises by 7 PM. There are no refunds, due to rain or weather related situations. If poor weather, we will cancel. Once we start we cannot refund money due inclement weather later on.
Since the Flea Market is held on church property, and is being sponsored by Global Christian Reaching Out we have established the following guidelines for goods and services that may be sold: (see General Terms and Conditions attached).
